Kaylee is an inspiration, not only does she look at a holistic approach to health, she has been there! She understands the struggle and success of getting healthy. She is fun, will push you to work harder and is very encouraging. I especially enjoy the small private gym, the 1-1 instruction and her very capable and enthusiastic style; she motivates me to work as hard as I can. I have recommended her and will continue to do so. I feel more energetic, am noticing some tone in my body I haven't seen for years and feel so much more relaxed.
Kaylee's positive attitude and passion for fitness is contagious - I always feel energized and rejuvenated after a great workout session with her! Since starting weight training with her in December I've felt stronger and more toned, and am impressed with how the program she's designed for me has helped improve my chronic sports injury. I look forward to continuing more great sessions with her in the future as I continue to work toward my health and fitness goals. If you are looking for a trainer who understands your needs and who has up-to-date knowledge and great coaching skills, then Kaylee is right for you!
Training with Kaylee has really made a difference in my life. I always look foward to our workouts. I have so much more energy now and am alot happier too. Kaylee keeps me motivated with varied workouts that are both challenging and fun. I would definitely recommend Kaylee to anyone who needs some guidance and encouragement to make positive changes in their life.
Training with Kaylee was definitely the best decision I've made in 2010! Not only does she encourage you when you are training with her, she encourages you to be active outside of your training sessions. She planned a great snowshoeing day this year, just to show us that exercising can be fun, and it was! I look forward to continuing my training with Kaylee as I prepare for my trip down the aisle. Already in 6 weeks I am feeling stronger and have 10x more energy then I did before, not to mention my sever back pain is almost non-existent . This is definitely the first time in a long time I can say I look forward to early morning workouts. :D Thanks Kaylee!
